The Austin Foundation for Architecture takes an exciting new direction for its annual celebration and benefit, Form:Function, this year. For the first time, AIA Austin is supporting the Foundation by honoring its 2020 AIA Austin Honor Award winners at the 10th anniversary of Form:Function, including honoree Senator Kirk Watson, whose dedication to the built and natural environment—particularly in the areas of public placemaking, transportation, and urban design—have transformed Austin’s downtown, making an enduring mark on our city that will positively impact residents and visitors for years to come.

6 p.m. Cocktail Reception
Enjoy food, drink, special guests, and live entertainment with exclusive views from the amenities deck of The Independent in downtown Austin!

7 p.m. Presentation of Honor Awards
Featuring remarks from special guest and former Austin Mayor Will Wynn, presentations about our honorees and their contributions to Austin’s built environment, and more!

All proceeds will benefit the Austin Foundation for Architecture, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to promoting the positive impact of architecture through leadership, education, and outreach opportunities.
